Copy the pin link
In the Pinterest app, tap Share under the pin and choose Copy link. On a computer, copy the address from the browser bar. Short pin.it links work too.

Tap Download under the picture, or Download all for a carousel. Android saves to Downloads; iPhone puts it in the Files app.

Why the original is bigger
Pinterest shows a 736 px copy in the feed. The original upload is usually larger and sharper.

Is it free?
Yes. There is no paid plan, no trial and no download limit. You do not need an account or an app.
What size are the downloaded images?
The original size the pinner uploaded. That is often much larger than the 736 pixel copy the app shows.
Can I download every image in a carousel pin?
Yes. Each image gets its own Download button, and Download all saves them one after another.
Does it add a watermark?
No. You get the original file with nothing added.
Do pin.it short links work?
Yes. Paste the pin.it link from the Share menu and it opens the pin behind it.
Can I download from secret boards?
No. Only public pins and boards work. Secret boards and deleted pins are out of reach, by design.
Where do the files save?
On Android, in the Downloads folder, and they show up in your Gallery shortly after. On iPhone and iPad, Safari saves them to the Files app under Downloads, where you can tap Share → Save Image or Save Video.
Is it legal to save pins?
Save what you pinned yourself, what you have permission to use, or a copy for personal inspiration. Re-uploading someone else's photo or video, or using it commercially without permission, can break copyright law and Pinterest's terms.
